Complete childhood and adolescent immunization schedules. We follow CDC recommended vaccination guidelines.

Okmulgee Pediatrics and Family Care is a privately owned practice proudly serving Okmulgee and surrounding rural communities. We believe that every child and family deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation.
No one is denied services based on inability to pay. Sliding fee discounts are available based on family size and income. Families are encouraged to apply for State Medicaid insurance, but it is not required to receive care.

Oklahoma State Immunization Information System
View and print your child's official immunization records through the OSIIS public portal. Records are needed for school enrollment, daycare, sports, and camp registration.

24-hour on-call provider access is available for established patients. Call the office number and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider after hours.
